Brief on the Product:

Skill Connect is BetterPlace’s demand and supply aggregation platform for blue/grey collared sourcing of trained and verified candidates. With demand from approx. 1500 clients, SkillConnect will be building multiple candidate supply partners and onboard them to the platform to ensure a frictionless supply view is available for the client. Supply Partners could be government run training centers, common service centers, retail channels, etc. The product also enables clients to complete the complete hiring process without any intervention from stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end demand closure for assigned requests
  • Ensure all demands are been closed as per agreed SLA with clients
  • Reporting of client escalations, supply availability deviations and supply quality on a periodic basis
  • Coordinate with regional and central supply/data teams to ensure complete visibility of supply at across all regions
  • Provide continuous client feedbacks to internal teams on issues faced during onboarding and post joining of candidates
  • Ensure product level usage for all clients and strive to achieve 100% over a period of time
  • All requests to be clearly recorded and monitored without any lapse in information
  • Build a supply pipeline view based on data input from various input channels and keep ready for future demand fulfillment requests
  • Work closely with the operations team and ensure due-diligence of supply selection to onboarding is happening without any major hassles


Role Specifications:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in sales operations/service delivery
  • Strong rapport building and communication skills
  • Should be a go-getter and focused execution
  • Should be result oriented
  • Strong communication – should be proficient in one or two of regional languages in addition to English and Hindi
  • Excellent time and task management skills
